ANNAPOLIS, Maryland (Reuters) - Police at Maryland's Towson University will increase their campus presence at night, the university said on Tuesday, after a group calling itself the White Student Union promised its own patrols to curb what it sees as rising black-on-white crime.
The White Student Union has been drawing attention since one of its members defended segregation during a panel discussion earlier this month at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), an influential forum in Republican Party politics.
The roughly 50-person union was formed to celebrate European-American culture, and members attend church and the shooting range together, said Matthew Heimbach, 21, the founder and self-professed commander.

No one seemed to care that the black panthers were intimidating the white voters. What's wrong with this picture?
So blacks have been attacking whites and the cops do nothing.Now the whites start to defend themselves and now the cops come along.
I don't get it?? Did anyone increase patrols at the voting polls when it was proven that the Black Panthers were intimidating white voters with clubs?
What is wrong with a having some sort of "White" group when there are so many black groups out there? Black Panthers, Black Congressional Congress, Black Miss America, etc.

Interesting that Towson University recognizes it's Black Student University, but sends police after the members of the White Student Union.
Interesting that the formation of a White Student Union makes headline news, but the fact that the leader and his family received death threats via email doesn't?? What has this country become?

The fact is, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a White student union. If there is, explain why black student unions are ok...
Black on white violence is rising exponentially. This is a good sign young people are waking up to the Government forced tolerance of immorality, violent crime and entitlement dependence in the black community.

Unfortunately, the msm has refused to broadcast many black on white crimes and now people are compelled to do what they must do.

Very quietly and under the radar, Towson University is, and has been, possibly the most racially divisive institute of higher learning in the country. I speak from first-hand knowledge and experience. The liberal-leaning administration, in an effort to cater to and please all races, have allowed ethnic groups to separate themselves from what should have been all-inclusive events, and to branch off and form their own version of the event. Start with the on-campus dances: There's a white dance, a black dance, and a Latino dance - all on the same night,when the University holds such an event. Ask anyone who has ever dormed at TSU in the last 20 years, they'll tell you. Ask them about the graduation party.
Never a word is ever heard from the admin or the press about this policy that virtually tears apart the social structure of TSU. What a surprise that is.
we need to organize the White Wicomico Coalition, get a group of serious citizens to start protecting our communities from the home invasions and robberies and other various crimes against law abiding county citizens. This can be done in a lawful manor. Now is the time to start protecting what is ours.

What's wrong with groups going off and doing their own thing? Who wants to be forced to be around people you either don't understand, don't like, don't trust, or just had enough of being around other certain groups?
Multiculturalism is a failure. Always has been a failure and always will be a failure.
We are not the first to try it. Maybe we are just to dumb to realize why it doesn't work and why it never will.
Or maybe we are just so prideful as humans that we think we can do anything and everything.
It doesn't work that way, and I guess every so often we need a reminder of that.
It is ok not to like someone. It is not ok to attack and harm someone because you don't like them.
If you don't like someone or certain people, the best thing to do is stay away from them. Both of you will be happier.
But you always have some silly nilly putting their nose somewhere it doesn't belong. And this is what you get from their interference.
Why is the White Student Union not recognized by the University, but the Black Student Union is recognized by the University?

Multiculturalism has always been a failure. Its human nature to congregate with people that look like you. This is why in artificial environments, like prison, this occurs naturally. A more homogeneous society has always been a safer, more productive society. When a society, like the romans, allowed others in, it eventually failed.
2:24AM: So....You are in favor of, say, a university (or high school) graduation having separate but equal graduation ceremonies for the Whites, Blacks, Latinos, Muslims, Jews, Gays, Catholics, Agnostics, etc.?
9:58 says that is the situation NOW at TSU. The university holds ONE Spring Dance in the Student Uion Building, and allows each group to have their own separate room in the Student Union. I think the point that 9:58 made is that the college years should be a time of acceptance and learning of your fellow man. Instead, they permeate the social experience by allowing the students to be devisive.
They call it multiculturism - but most assuredly it is only racism at it's best.
