Morgan began the interview by asking his guest to explain to him, “in the least inflammatory way possible,” why any American needs to own an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle. Morgan had just gotten done shooting an AR-15 at a gun range and said he was surprised by the power it possessed.
After first offering prayers to the Chris Kyle and Littlefield families, Nugent told Morgan to “take it to the bank” that he would never understand the true purpose of firearms.

Many years ago approx. 1960 , a large country president said that the U.S. was a paper tiger , the leader of China interupted and said that we may be a paper tiger , but we have Nuclear Teeth.
If they want to piss off 60,000,000 gun owners , let them , the price of trying to take our guns will be very high indeed. We have assorted teeth of 7mm, 30/06 , 9mm 45 cal. 22cal ,12 ga. , 20ga. , and many others. Don't try it !
Piers misses the point. It's not a question of whether a gun owner NEEDS a semi auto. It's whether they WANT one. And if they WANT one and are capable of using it responsibly, then they should be allowed to HAVE one.
Registering your guns means confiscation of your guns! Everyone that registers their guns is telling the government you have guns. Come and get me and my guns please.
