SECOND GRADER PLAYING ‘RESCUE THE WORLD’ AT RECESS SUSPENDED AFTER THROWING PRETEND GRENADE AT ‘EVIL FORCES’

It’s getting harder and harder to be a kid these days. Back in the day, children frequently played “cops and robbers” and other good vs. bad games at recess and around the house. Now they’re getting punished for it.

On the heels of three 6-year-olds being suspended for making gun signs with their hands during recess and a 5-year-old girl being suspended and labeled a “terrorist threat” for threatening to shoot her friend with a “Hello Kitty” bubble gun, a 7-year-old Colorado boy at Loveland’s Mary Blair Elementary School is reportedly in a similar position.

So what did he do? Apparently the 2nd grader was playing “rescue the world” at recess when he threw a pretend grenade at a make-believe box full of “evil forces.” There wasn’t actually anything in his hand, nor was there a real box.

Self proclaimed progressive liberal teachers forcing their personal agenda has gone way too far.
I think I'm going to donate a bunch of children's NRA T shirts to goodwill. (if they will accept them)

What a world we live in.

These are the same braindead liberal teachers the NRA wants to arm. 11:36 Pick a side of the argument and support it. Buttering both sides of the bread will clog your arteries and give you a heart attack.

These children are acting out things they have seen on television, on video games, or just heard adults talking about. I really don't believe they truly understand how their play can be taken so literally by adults.
Kids need to be allowed to be kids. We as adults probably did some of the very things that are now causing problems for our children/grandchildren.
I do understand the need to be cautious. These kids are playing, the are being what they are supposed to be -- KIDS!
I believe there are teachers/administrators that need to take a serious dose of CHILL pills!!

They would prefer our little boys have fake tea and cookies in the garden than to act like boys being rough and tumble. In other words, they want our boys to be helpless little pansies, tolerant and diverse. Aren't these the new buzz words?

First I would like to say that I believe the teachers are doing what they have been told to do.It all probably came from the Superintendent in their school district. Secondly we want our kids to play outside and get fresh air right? Instead of sitting in front of the tv everyday. That's what we did as kids, and God knows we are the better for it.I am a woman and as a girl I played cops and robbers with my male and female friends. None of us are criminals. Get a grip Liberals and let our kids be kids!

Parents should start a "national finger gun day" in schools across the US.At a designated time, every child would point their finger at a classmate as if it were a handgun & act like they are shooting each other.Imagine the involvement of every parent and every child, boy or girl.Just remember: when this becomes a reality you heard it first on SBY NEWS.

9:08 Is 100% right! Liberals want to emasculate our male children.

Will our government suspend our military for playing "rescue the world"?

As a grandparent, I'm thinking of telling my kids to pull my grandkids out of school and let me homeschool them.

Our children are asked to respect our troops and veterans for their service, and now they are being punished for doing that in their play time. How many of these people suspending these children took children to see Star Wars? Or watched Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers?

Next they will ban the playing of the Star Spangled Banner at school sports games because it has "bombs bursting in air."

This country has gotten damn sick.

Indoctrination and conditioning. Not a lot of learning. Lots of "self esteem" building and political correctness. Mostly indoctrination and conditioning. Soon, like China, Korea, and Germany, kids will be conditioned into telling the authorites what their parent smight be doing that offends the State. You know, for their own good.
