Thousands Miss Inauguration Because Of 'Miscommunication'

Thousands of people without tickets to the inauguration missed the whole thing, stuck behind police barricades on Independence Avenue during the ceremony without the ability to see or hear it. And police have no answer as to why they were stuck there.

"I'm not sure why that happened," says Sgt. Paul Brooks with the National Park Police. He says there was no security reason for that number of people to be held back along Independence Ave.

"It seemed to be some confusion between Park Police and Metropolitan Police Department," Brooks says.

I have the reason for Sgt Brooks. To err on the side of trampled rights is the mindset of law enforcement and our government.
I know something else, too. There's not going to be any responsibility admitted nor reprimand dealt.

"we, the people" did not get the proper PERMISSION from the police (the armed enforcers for the greatest and most dangerous Mob on the planet) to see the president they elected or to get TOO close to the rulers. Pretty much everywhere now --- we need PERMISSION to exercise our God given rights. Otherwise, just shut up. The alternative is a nightstick to the head, a tear gas canister shot at you, or a hollow point to the center body mass. And THAT is for the people who wanted to ADMIRE the president.

I missed what's his names innauseration because it cut into my every day nap time, plus if I stray to far from home and my dementia kicks in, I might get stuck in one of those poor folk revolving chow lines up in Wash D.C. and never get back home. Even worse, have to waddle back many months later. The safety of home has it's merits for the aged.
