Delaware Officials Unveil Gun Legislation

Gov. Jack Markell is proposing background checks for private gun sales as part of a new package of gun control legislation for Delaware.

The proposal to end the so-called gun show loophole is 1 of several announced by state officials Monday following the massacre at an elementary school in Connecticut last month. Other include banning military-style, assault-type weapons and ammunition clips holding more than five rounds for rifles and 10 rounds for handguns.

This is completely asinine.
They do not even manufacture 5 rd. magazines for modern sporting rifles.

I wonder what the state police will do with all of their banned weapons and magazines?
