Dale Warren Evans of Crisfield, arrested 11-8-12 on a warrant for 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, and deadly weapon intent to injure. Evans was later released on personal recognizance.
Quincy Lene Williams 2nd of Pocomoke, arrested 11-9-12 for warrants regarding 2nd degree assault, deadly weapon w/intent to injure, uttering forged currency, and theft less than $100.00. Williams was held on a $30,000 bond.
Kyle Robert Beasley of Hallwood Virginia, criminal summons issued for violating an protective order. Beasley was later released on signature pending court actions.
Zachary Depriest Scott Jr, of Crisfield, arrested 11-10-12 on a warrant for 2nd degree assault, and reckless endangerment. Scott was later returned to the Somerset County Detention Center on un-related charges.
Harry Maurice Ames of Crisfield, arrested 11-11-12 for a warrant regarding failing to appear in court. Ames was held on a $ 250.00 bond.
William Anthony Horsey of Princess Anne, arrested 11-13-12 for a warrant regarding failing to appear in court. Horsey was later held without bond.
Stantez Rontress Wise of Salisbury, arrested 11-14-12 for a warrant regarding failing to appear in court. Wise was held on a $ 25,000 bond.
Elijah Re’quan Gerald of Crisfield, arrested 11-14-12 for warrants regarding violation of probation. Gerald was held on a $ 20,000 bond.
Eddie Steward Neal Sr. of Crisfield, arrested 11-14-12 for warrants regarding alcohol unlicensed sale & possession or offer, sales and use tax, fail to pay administrative/amusement tax, business without traders license, and business as vendor w/o license. Neal was later released on a unsecured $ 8,000 bond. The arrest was the result of multiple noise and littering complaints received at the Sheriff’s office regarding the old “Shamrock” bar located in Marion. The Sheriff’s Office received information that Neal was leasing the Shamrock building from an Elizabeth Thorton, and was selling beer and liquor from that building. Deputies later executed a search and seizure warrant on the property and recovered liquor, beer, a sawed off pump shotgun, and a small amount of suspected marijuana. Through the investigation, the Sheriff’s Office learned that Neal did not have a business license, or a license to sell liquor or beer. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by agents from the Comtrollers Office, and CID State troopers from the Princess Anne Barrack.
