Annexation!
How can the citizens of these areas prevent annexation?
I don't live in this particular area (east of Salisbury) but it is a slippery slope. I have well and septic and get services through our county taxation. There's no additional services that the city could give me for the piggy-back tax money they'll want me to pay!
When is the City Council going to vote to get rid of Rick Hoppes and appoint a fire chief.
