Md. Civil Rights Chief Convicted On Drug Charge

BALTIMORE - A jury has convicted the civil rights chief at the Maryland attorney general's office of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Carl Snowden on Tuesday received a suspended 60-day sentence and a year of probation from Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Michael Reed.
