FEMA Employee Pleads Guilty To Embezzlement

GREENBELT, Md. - An employee with the Federal Emergency Management Agency has pleaded guilty to embezzling more than $143,000 from the agency.

Fifty-six-year-old Sheila Ann Howard of Capitol Heights entered the plea Tuesday. She faces a maximum of 10 years in prison at sentencing Feb. 1
