Businesses with 50 or more employees who average at least 30 hours of work a week will be subject to the Obamacare insurance coverage mandate.
Companies are reportedly planning large layoffs due to the implementation of Obamacare.
But, companies can potentially avoid being subject to Obamacare's insurance requirements by limiting employees’ weekly hours to less than the 30 hour level defined by Obamacare as “full-time.”

The chief managers of a company are obligated by their position to take actions which produce maximum profits. That is the essence of business ethics. Managers look out for the owners' best interest.
The answer to the title of the article is yes. The title is rhetorical; designed to begin a conversation. As I read the title I answered the question in my mind. The answer was obvious - it was a loaded question.
Obama Care is a terrible law for we the people. It is a beautiful piece of legislation for those who wrote the law -the insurance companies. They got every thing they wanted. They made out like bandits. Those dirty bandits.
Obama Care allows the insurance companies to convert their latent power (control of health care through non-competetive price fixing) into cash. They got the folks in the government to force people into buying their products. The people have been "mandated" to hand over their cash (their labor).
Now the insurance companies are using their future profits as collateral (collateralized debt obligation) to finance the purchase of hospitals, doctors' practices, and small pharmaceutical companies. A massive consolidation is happening right now in the American Health Industry. Huge monopolies are being created by greedy rich people who have colluded to fleece the public.
The election is behind us. The only real candidate won. The stooge lost. Time for the real agenda to get started. We will not recognize this Country in 4 years. It's going to get ugly.
Business is smarter than the Government. That's why the Government is broke and owes more than it can pay. Hell, even a chicken or fish is smarter than Obama.
Uh, wake up. Business is now our government. Business spent over what, 2 Billion on this election that pays a "stooge" $400k x 4 years? Yeah, right! Tell me otherwise! Big Labor and Unions have bought and paid for this Administration and they now run YOUR business, skimming more and more fees off your labor.
Time to deal in cash only...
So now we the people will have to get two jobs to take care of our families. An with this economy good luck getting a second job. Its pretty sad what this country is coming too. Plenty of us citizens are leaving an goin to different countries.
If you can't get the first job, good luck with a second one. We are surrounded by idiots in the country and we pay them well to bleed us dry.
