Flooding, the full moon alone creates higher tides and in comination with this storm surge, I predict a lot of damage in Ocean City and low lying areas.

I'm thinking the same as the Jan Nor'easter back in the 90's though maybe worse. Downtown OC was underwater from bay to ocean and waves were breaking over the seawall.

Several dune breaches with new inlets. Should make the landowners request for beach restoration at Slaughter Beach, De. a moot point. Not sure if the property values at Ocean Pines and Chincoteague will increase or decrease as they become oceanfront.
If I cant go to DD for coffee in the morning thats a disaster!
