Joe. Why don't you ask about question 6 ( same sex marrage). I have been married to the same woman for 45 years and it's been the same sex year, after year, after year. I think it's time for a change, so I'am not voting for it.

640, look at history. Funds went into the education budget, then more laws passed allowing the dipping into that from 20 plus other laws to put a "percentage" into the "General Fund", which ALWAYS seems to come up empty when O'Malley passes out the glory funds to his cronies.
