ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - The Naval Academy is taking precautions ahead of Hurricane Sandy, especially since Annapolis is a city prone to flooding.
Cmdr. William Marks, a spokesman, says Navy sailboats normally stored in a basin are being moved across the Severn River into a more secure location.
