I also live in Mount Hermon Manor and just called-in on DP&L's hotline.
Wouldn't you know - they have a prerecorded message that says due to Hurricane Sandy - their resources are limited.
DP&L has been telling us for a week that our power would most likely go out.Was that not clear enough?
