Sharptown Firemans Carnival
I enjoy those at Hebron Carnival and have for 40 years..Havent ried on in a restaurant though. As far a clam fritter I like those on Tangier Island. Do restaurants make these??

The Amish Market in Easton. They are not greasy like the others, but taste like it, don't know how they do it. They are the best I have ever had.
