House Committee Considers Criminal Referral For TSA

A House staff report suggests TSA misled congressional investigators about contents of a Texas warehouse that holds security screening equipment. In referring to inaccurate documents his staff received from TSA, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), the chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, said, "I would propose that we have the ability to criminally refer to that as lying to Congress."
