Incident: Fugitive
Date of Incident: 12 April 2012
Location: 100 block of N. Main Street, Hebron, MD
Suspect: Anthony Shane Vinson, 24, Hebron, MD

Narrative: On 12 April 2012
at 10:44 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office located Anthony Vinson in the 100 block of North Main Street and took him into custody on an open warrant.

Vinson failed to appear for a Theft case that was held on 27 March 2012 in the Circuit Court of Wicomico County, after which the Circuit Court judge issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Vinson.

Vinson was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and subsequently held on $5,000.00 bond pending an appearance in the Circuit Court.

Location: 600 block of Railroad Avenue, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Marsha Marie Taylor, 40, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 15 April 2012
at 1:30 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marsha Marie Taylor of Salisbury on an open warrant after she was located in the 600 block of Railroad Avenue in Salisbury. Taylor failed to appear for a Violation of Probation hearing in a prostitution case on 28 March 2012 that was held in the Circuit Court. After Taylor failed to appear, the judge issued a bench
warrant for the arrest of Taylor.

Taylor was transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and subsequently held without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Location: 500 block of Jefferson Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Jeremy Alexander McCray, 26, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 21 April 2012
at 10:38 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeremy Alexander McCray of Salisbury on an outstanding warrant. A Violation of Probation Bench Warrant had been issued in a Reckless Endangerment case.

McCray was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and subsequently held with bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 22 April 2012
Location: 8000 block of Baptist Church Road, Mardela Springs, MD
Suspect: Billy D. Harman, 40, Mardela Springs, MD

Narrative: On 22 April 2012
at 7:52 PM, a deputy responded to a residence in the 8000 block of Baptist Church Road to investigate an alleged disturbance. Upon arrival, the deputy met with a male subject, Billy D. Harmon and a female subject. The deputy immediately observed that the female had been the recipient of repeated physical blows, evident by the signs of injury on her arms and face. One of the eyes on the victim was actually swollen shut. The deputy observed injuries to the hands of Harmon that it appeared he sustained while he was striking someone. An investigation revealed to the deputy that Harmon not only inflicted the injuries on the female subject but also held her in attempt to prevent her from leaving the residence.

The deputy placed Harmon under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Harmon in the Detention Center in lieu of $50,000.00 bond.

How many women does Mr. Harman have to put his hands on and brutally beat before they lock him up for good? Absolutely ridiculous!!!
