Incident: Driving without License

Suspect: Victor Castillo-Rodas, 31, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 24 March 2012 a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with suspended registration. The driver was identified as Victor Castillo-Rodas, and further investigation revealed that Rodas did not have a driver’s license. Rodas was placed under arrest, and charged with the below listed offenses. Rodas was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Rodas was released on personal recognizance.
