Regardless of Zimmerman's account of the event an unarmed minor child is dead and he killed him. This is a homicide plain and simple. Zimmerman should have been arrested on the suspicion of murder at the very least.
Bull. If he was assaulted then he's got the right under the constitution to defend himself. Unless Mr. Zimmerman is a psychic how is he to know that this kid isn't carrying a gun or knife? I guess you figure the adult witness is just covering up for him, too.
Why do the liberals keep referring to Martin as a "child"? Sure, he's a minor but in 12 months or less he could have been on a battlefield. He also happens to be a 6'3" "child" that got into a spat with a 5'9" Latino.
It is for the Courts to decide whether self defense applies in this case, not a lynch mob.
Yes the courts should decide. But if the beating took place the shooting is justified. I would have done the same thing and i am not Latino. What difference does it make about race. If you don't want concequences don't do the action.
They keep referring to him as a child because it fits their narrative. Trayvon was a ghetto thug at 17 and his tweets and pictures support that he was involved in crime and drugs. But that don't suit the reverend Al or Jackson's racist agenda so we gots to post pictures of an angelic 12 year old Trayvon instead. And Spike Lee, he tweeted Zimmermans address, but funny thing, ITS SOMEBODY ELSES address, an innocent party who is now in danger cuz SPike Lee done the WRONG thing.If the Rev Al and Jesse had their way the 4 boys from Duke would have been lynched and drug through the streets of Durham.
Where are all the Latino activists? Why are they not speaking out?

Not that it should matter, but every account I have seen says Z is Latino.
Sounds like self-defense to me.
