Two Charged In Burglary

Location: Allen’s Harim Farms, 21916 Deshields Lane, Bridgeville, DE

Date of Occurrence: Between Monday March 5th and Monday March 12, 2012

Defendants, Charges, and Bail Information:

Conspiracy 2nd (2 counts)
Numerous counts of Theft related charges

Arraigned at JP2 and committed to SCI on $14,000.00 secured bail.

Arraigned at JP2 and released on $12,500.00 unsecured bail.

Resume:
Bridgeville, DE- The Delaware State Police have arrested two men in connection with the theft of aluminum doors in the Bridgeville area.

The incident occurred sometime between March 5th and March 12th when the suspects entered into a storage facility located on Allen’s Harim Farm off Deshields Lane near Bridgeville. Once inside the facility, the suspects removed several aluminum doors from chicken haul cages that measure approximately six foot in length. The doors were then taken to Kroeger’s Salvage in Seaford to be sold in exchange for money.

Detectives were able to track down the two suspects through information obtained from the salvage yard and arrest Michael Emory and Casey Fyffe for the theft of the aluminum doors as well as tools and other engine equipment from the farm.

Emory and Fyffe were both charged with two counts of Burglary 2nd, two counts of Conspiracy 2nd, Possession of Burglar Tools as well as several other Theft related charges. Emory was arraigned at JP2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $14,000.00 secured bail. Fyffe was arraigned at JP2 and released on $12,500.00 unsecured bail.
