You guys are ridiculous!!! If you actually meet the guy you'd understand he's trying to do the right thing. He doesn't make decisions about lunches and whether they are catered or not. WHat the hell? You liberal thugs just want something to cry about like always. Leave my grandfather alone or actually call him and talk to him instead of assuming things. Do you understand liquor is money that this county needs. I mean damn if Rick keeps spending money the way he does we need all the money we can get.

Funny, they tried to destroy the former chair with personal attacks calling him a liar, accusing him of fraud etc. After the witch hunt, He was completely cleared of any wrongdoing by the state ethics committee then re-appointed by a Democrat Governor, (three times) for Tripling the income to the county during his tenure.
FREE MONEY to Wicomico county. All they do is deposit the check. No building maintenance, no payroll to manage, no benefits to fund. Absolutely no liability whatsoever.
