As protesters rally outside the Supreme Court while justices listen to high-toned arguments on the constitutionality of President Barack Obama’s signature health care law, one group is hoping the president’s own words will help the case against the law. At least his words before he was president.
The central dispute over the law is a provision that requires individuals to have health insurance by 2014 or pay a penalty.
