You have to know that the board keeps a lot of thing out of the media. This site can not be controlled by the board that is why they block this site on there web system.

Remember they are alleged allegations. Innocent until proven guilty. I have seen people ruined by false charges being proposed.
According to court document, Kiggins and the victim allegedly had a sexual relationship for two years starting in Dec. 2008.
The alleged abuse occurred at the high school, during school hours, as well as the victim's home.

There is always some truth behind rumors. As a student we all heard the rumors before this came out
Remember children and/or young girls have had their lives ruined due to people like him. I will bet the victim doesn't feel that these allegations are alleged and she is the one who is innocent, Just remember they will have their day in court and we will all find out if the charges are true or false.
