EASTON Talbot County residents may comment on a proposed wind turbine on Tilghman at a hearing set for 6:30 tonight at the Talbot County Courthouse.
The plan is for a 50-kilowatt unit at 152 feet tall, with blades 63 feet in diameter, expected to produce about 150,000 kilowatt hours of electricity at the county's wastewater plant. Also included are plans for a 40-kilowatt solar array field, County Engineer Ray Clarke said.
