INCIDENT: Murder

LOCATION: East Road, Salisbury, MD
NARRATIVE: On January 20h the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation and Maryland State Police Homicide Unit obtained additional arrest warrants for murder in the case of Arnold Fagans. The Wicomico Bureau of investigation and Maryland State Police working in conjunction with specialized units of the Maryland State Police, developed information that led to the arrest warrants and subsequent service of those arrest warrants. Both subjects were taken to WCDC where they are being held without bond. The investigation into this homicide is continuing and ongoing, additional arrests are expected in this case.

Seems rather harsh.
Guess the court should have released him on Personal Recog so he could go out and kill someone else??????? The guy alledgedly killed someone!!!! DUH!!
Why harsh? The charge(s) is murder after all. They could be a flight risk. They could be killed before trial. (not that would be a bad thing if indeed they are guilty)
I just don't understand why you think it is harsh. Unless you are joking or trying to inflame people. Pray tell us your reason(s).
