For all the talk from some that SOPA was "dead," it appears it's alive and well and getting ready for its big re-entrance. Lamar Smith has just sent out a press release saying that he intends to resume the markup in February:

for those of you who aren't aware of this bill. it MUST be struck down. please educate yourselves and let your voice be heard loud and clear.
Lamar smith is such a waste of a political space. Hes ridiculous and votes off of personal beliefs, not facts or based on the people.
