DATE & TIME: Friday November 11, 2011

INCIDENT: Possession of CDS (Marijuana)
LOCATION: N. Fruitland Blvd @ Cedar Ln.
CASE NO.: 2011-1354

PERSON CHARGED: Shane Thomas Fisher

AGE: 21

ADDRESS: Eden, Maryland
CHARGE(s) Possession of Marijuana
DISPOSITION: Released to WCDC

SYNOPSIS: On the above date, an Officer of the Fruitland Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by the suspect. As the officer approached the vehicle he detected the odor of Marijuana emanating from the interior of the vehicle. The officer further observed the suspect to be eating suspected Marijuana. Back up officers arrived and a probable cause search was conducted which led to the recovery of additional amounts of suspected Marijuana. The suspect was arrested and transported to WCDC without further incident.

DISPOSITION: Released to WCDC
SYNOPSIS:On the above date, officers from the Fruitland Police Department responded to 510 St. Luke’s Rd. for a complaint of a loud party and underage drinking. Upon arrival, the suspect, who did not reside at that location, refused to let the resident open the door to speak with officers and became increasingly belligerent and uncooperative. Eventually officers were able to make contact with the suspect and a struggle ensued. The suspect was ultimately placed under arrest and transported to WCDC and released to Central Booking.
