That's right Folks, MoJo's will swing their doors today at 3 PM and offer lite fare food until the weekend.
Salisbury News will be there at 3 PM today to celebrate this special event. The City Council moved forward with a $50,000.00 revolving loan to MoJo's last night.

so what happens on the weekend...will they still be open...will they still serve food?
Their menu will increase. Pretty soon they'll be serving dinner.

You mean Flavors was operating without a grease trap? Why doesn't the city insure that at the opening of every place that opens an industrial kitchen has a grease trap? That's hard on the WWTP.
I know of one on Healthway Drive here in the city that hasn't had one in the 12 years they have been operating.
I worked there for over eight years and whenever I mentioned never having the grease trap pumped out in my tenue there, everyone ran and hid.
They claim to have one, however never did a maintainence person ever find it. Just because there is one on the plans doesn't mean there is really one in the ground.
I had seen the floor drains back up at least twice before I left, the kitchen should have been closed down when it did, but it wasn't. Just another greedy corporation.
