Suspect: Jason Thomas Martens, 37, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 13 November 2011 at about 3:20 AM a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in a ditch. The ensuing investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Jason Martens, was driving while impaired. Martens was placed under arrest.
