Dover, DE- Delaware State Police Detectives have made an arrest in an early evening shooting that occurred at Premier Village Apartments.
On Wednesday November 16th at approximately 8:00 p.m., State Troopers responded to Premier Village Apartments for a report that a male subject had been shot in the face. Upon their arrival, Troopers were informed that a 38 year old male victim had been in a verbal altercation earlier in the evening with a group of teenagers. This in turn, led to another confrontation with Aaron Johnson, 24.
Witnesses to the account observed the victim approach Aaron Johnson and exchange words. The victim continued to taunt Johnson who then removed a handgun from his waistband and fired one shot striking the victim in the face.
Johnson initially fled the scene, but was apprehended a short time later at his residence in Cheswold. He was transported back to Troop 3 where he was arraigned on his charges and committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $55,000.00 secured bail.
The victim was transported by EMS to Kent General Hospital and admitted with non life threatening injuries.

You seem like an intelligent, interesting, thoughtful sort. As such, I'm asking these questions, not as as an irritant, but in an effort to understand your reasoning.
What liberty has to do with one man shooting another, regardless of race?
I'm familiar with the terms white community, Asian community, black community, etc. Isn't the only real "native" community on this continent the Native American population we named "Indians" when our ancestors came here from Europe?
