New York City police plan to evict the "Occupy Wall Street" protesters -- if only temporarily.
The protesters, who have camped out in a city park for more than three weeks, will be forced out Friday so that city crews can help clean the area.
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg visited Zucotti Park in lower Manhattan on Wednesday evening and made the cleaning announcement, citing sanitation concerns from the park’s owner, MyFoxNY.com reports.

Maybe they should hand the occupiers the tools and let them clean it up. Start charging them for littering.
I agree with 1:02 - these people should have the decency to clean up after themselves!
1:02 and 3:22 they cant help it they are animals they don't know any better they are just filthy animals .
You three need to get off the shore once in your lifetime. You have no clue what the world is like outside your trailer park.
And when you do leave, stay there.
From photos I've seen, it looks like trash was bagged up. Trashbags were one of the items being solicited for donations. Who knows what it looks like now, tho. Agree that they should do the clean up themselves. It certainly seems like the reasonable thing to do.
