HAGERSTOWN, Md. - A Hagerstown man is being held on $750,000 bond on child-abuse charges stemming from injuries that proved fatal to a 2-year-old boy.
The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports 33-year-old Brian Miller had a bond review hearing Wednesday ( http://bit.ly/pS5YGQ).
