LEXINGTON PARK, Md. (WUSA) -- Cindy Allen with St. Mary's County Sheriff's PIO office says a deputy was involved in a fatal shooting on Thursday in Lexington Park.
A 38-year-old man was shot and pronounced dead on the scene. The deputy had "non-incapacitating injuries," according to a news release.
