Narrative: Between 3 -5 September 2001, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office conducted a dedicated effort to remove drunk or otherwise impaired drivers from the roadways of Wicomico County. During the time period, the following individuals were arrested:
1. Ryan Scott Harris, 19, Salisbury, MD
2. Elizabeth Ann Filgueras, 22, Delmar, MD
3. Myron Keith Thomas, 41, Eden, MD
4. Spencer James Schliep, 20, Waldorf, MD
5. Melanie Kate Shelton, 21, Glen Burnie, MD

Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
