Less Than Half Of Stimulus Jobs Went To Unemployed, Study Finds

Only about 43% of all jobs created by projects funded by the $787 billion federal stimulus bill went to people who were unemployed, according to a new study from the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. The rest of the jobs, according to the study, went to people who were already employed elsewhere, were just out of college, or were not part of the labor force. Job-switchers got about 47% of all of the jobs created by the stimulus package, the study states.

What stimulus jobs? I have never heard of this. There were 8,300 of these jobs as of June of this year?

Where would one go to find out about one of these jobs? The unemployment office has never mentioned them to me.

Or do you have to know a politician personally to get one of these jobs?

Lets just count the stimulus as reparations and move forward with all things equal and put the country back together so we can pay off the next group of victims.

I'll bet a majority of those jobs went to relatives for friends of the already government employed.
