Carroll County Commissioners Oppose “Dream Act”

Many Marylanders are up in arms over the so-called “Maryland Dream Act”; newly passed legislation which grants in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens.  There is currently a petition drive to take the legislation to referendum.  Now, the Carroll County Commission has passed a resolution which supports the petition drive.

Are other local governments going to join in the fight to keep in-state tuition for LEGAL residents?
