A top adviser for President Obama dismisses him as a "sideshow." Former Bush adviser Karl Rove calls him a "joke candidate."
But that hasn't stopped Donald Trump, who has captured national attention with his outspoken skepticism of Obama's citizenship, from surging in early presidential polls. He leads all potential GOP presidential candidates by nine points in a Public Policy Polling survey released Friday. He trailed only Mitt Romney in a NBC/Wall Street Journal poll released last week.

I have not stopped laughing at the possibility of Donald Trump running for the President of the USA. He would spend more time on that mop top than correcting any of the mess in our government. How many wives would move into the white house with him or which of the children? It is a hurrah
I would take a business man over a politician. Why not it would have to better then what we have now.
I think that Trump is motivated by the same frustration, disgust and dissatisfaction that many Americans have with the current president, not to mention a total lack of leadership. I don't trust his politics, but applaud his endeavor. I think he wants a showdown with Obama for the truth, the transparency that we never got from Obama needs to be split wide open, Obama is hiding way to much, not just about himself, his donors, his friends, his backroom deals, his motivations. Who is Obama?
Will any of them stil be laughing if "The Donald" actually gains a foothold and a larger following?My guess is not.He is egotistical,flamboyant and impulsive but he is also a very astute & shrewd businessman.He needs to work on his diplomacy skills for sure, but do not count him out just yet.
Trump is neither popular or a likely candidate. Don't fall for the early election media hype. You guys complain constantly about "MSM" yet you fall right in line with their narratives.
