Joe, this is actually old news. It has been on Utube for several days. But, it does show how brutal the beating was. It also clearly shows it was a hate crime. Sad, the 14 year old isn't being tried as an adult. Both should get serious time, as it should be tried as a "hate crime". Glad the McDonalds employee was fired. Can you imagine taping this and just laughing? Really sad world.

The hate crime laws only apply to white people, just like the voter intimidation rules.
