Advocates Plan Rally To Condemn McDonald's Attack

ROSEDALE, Md. (AP) - Advocates for transgender rights plan to rally outside a McDonald's restaurant in Maryland, where an attack caught on video took place.

The victim, 22-year-old Chrissy Lee Polis, a transgender woman, says she is the victim of a hate crime.

The video posted online shows a woman being attacked and apparently having a seizure. Baltimore County police say a 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile and an 18-year-old woman faces an assault charge in the case.

Set up? Yeah I'm sure she volunteered to be assaulted by two other people.

Hate crime with a little jealousy thrown in.
