BRIEF RESUME: On the above date and time Troopers of the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack responded to the 8800 Block of Lynch Dr., Delmar Maryland for the complaint of a motor vehicle theft. While Troopers were on the scene at Lynch Dr. the reported stolen vehicle was located in the area of Williams Mill Pond Rd., by the Wicomico County Sheriffs Office. The vehicle was partially submerged in the pond. The vehicle was unattended. This complaint is under continued investigation.
