A whopping 78 percent of New York City voters said teacher layoffs should be based on performance, not the seniority-based "last-in, first out" law, a poll released today found.
Even 63 percent of voters in union households agree that layoffs should be based on merit, not LIFO, according to the Quinnipiac College survey.

People do not work for a company for twenty plus years, just to get layoff because the 'ole boss decided to keep that little young thing he happens to have slept with. That's what going on in the work place. And, the union protect those who work hard all their adult lives with honor. Not, sleeping with the boss to get to the top.
Well if there is only two employee's there, one who slept with the boss and one who didn't, I doubt if there even is a union there.
And such a small company. You could probably write your own reference letter. lol
