I think he should fly into space. Plus his wife is very supportive of him going.
He should fly! She will be in good, caring hands during the trip, and from what I understand, she is very supportive of his career.
That is, IF she doesn't request that he not between now and then!
I think it's up to him. He certainly has enough on his plate right now, so we don't need to be giving him advice.
Go for it! I think she'd want to see him on that final flight of the shuttle.
I don't mean to be rude but, does anyone know that she is even in a condition to approve or object? That was a pretty nasty wound she was subjected to.
I wish her the best but not many people even know what best is in her case. Mark is certainly a better judge than us.
