U.S. Paying Libya For WMD?

Joe....

I have been reading wikileaks and just found this interesting bit of info. I don't think anyone at all has put it out there. In November of last year, the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli, Libya sent an urgent message to Hillary Clinton, Sec. of State, idicating that Libya was halting it's last shipment of Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) to Russia because the U.S. had not provided the "compensation" it was promised to dismantle it's WMD programs. I don't know about you but I never knew ANYTHING about paying Libya to dismantle WMD programs. Also...who ever knew that Libya even HAD highly enriched uranium.  Anyway....read it yourself...interesting reading. Here's the link.

You weren't supposed to know about most if not all of the information found Wikileak cables. Did you seriously think that we are supposed to hear and know everything our government does to keep this country as a superpower and protected from our enemies?

Yes 9:52 because our CIA is behind Wikileaks. They "leak" out information they want in the public domain.

Remember, the U.S. Military invented the internet. Dont forget that my friend. Google and Facebook are CIA operations.

What ever you do, please oh please don't throw me in that briar patch!

No surprise here. We've had programs aimed at securing this material from around the globe for years now. Moving that stuff isn't cheap.
