joe is my councilman and he is always available to our family. he responds quickly to any concerns or questions we have had regarding budget and legislative issues. he "digs" for the truth and is very concerned how our tax dollars are spent and allocated. joe is and has been a businessman and a farmer and understands what it is to make a payroll. he studies the issues at hand and looks for ways to make our government run smooth and lean. it's obvious he has the interest of wicomico countians at heart. thanks joe......
