2:36 If he did at a city council meeting that would be awful. I see nothing wrong with this in a bar on his own downtime. You guys pick at him constantly.
3:01 PM He is a public figure. Any time he is in public there is a standard of common decency to be adhered to. It is not appropriate for an elected official to be removing his/her shirt in public.

Sir/Madame/friend of Jim Ireton,
He is an elected official and he represents the visitors and residents of the city of Salisbury. This is very inappropriate of a mayor or any elected official.
yeah, and it totally looks like a big deal what with all the cheering and staring you can see in the photo. You guys are jumping to conclusions that he was just standing around half naked having drinks served to him. This is the story I'm going with, HE'S CHANGING HIS SHIRT. Whoa! Let's spread rumors because we don't have anything exciting happening in our own lives!
I don't care if he has his shirt off or on, but if this place serves food he could be getting them in trouble with the Health Dept. That part he should know better.
for gods sake people... grow the hell up. Nothing wrong with this. I dont like or dislike Ireton since I dont live in the city thank God but this is just stupid.

WTH!!
Was that at Flavors?
What a joke.
That is gross and irresponsible for a Mayor representing the City of Salisbury.
I am repulsed by his actions!!
I wonder if he will take his shirt off at the city council meeting tonight?

Are you allowed to serve alcohol to people who aren't wearing a shirt in Maryland?

We though Barrie was bad, but things have gotten worse.
Joe:
Please get Jim-Beau to autograph a copy of the pic and send it to the Bored of Education, care of Dr. Freddy.

Step aside "Big Brother" - clearly you have competition to spy on your every move.

looks like he has time to tan
Was it a charity thing?
Was he giving someone "the shirt off his back"?
Did he get caught in that rain storm?
If it was #1, I hope the health department was okay with it (doubt that).
If it was #2, good for him, but he should do it in private.
If it was #3, he should have done it in the men's room.
In his own home or yard, fine, but in a public place, he should refrain or figure he's going to get his picture taken.
