He is slowly — piece by painful piece — erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are not there — yet. But he is putting America on that dangerous path. He is undermining our constitutional system of checks and balances; subverting democratic procedures and the rule of law; presiding over a corrupt, gangster regime; and assaulting the very pillars of traditional capitalism. Like Venezuela's leftist strongman, Hugo Chavez, Mr. Obama is bent on imposing a revolution from above — one that is polarizing America along racial, political and ideological lines. Mr. Obama is the most divisive president since Richard Nixon. His policies are Balkanizing the country. It's time for him to go.

When he stopped listening to the American people it was bad when he stopped upholding the immigration law it was worse but when he prevents a state from upholding it's own laws he must be impeached !

What exactly is the "high crime" or "misdemeanor" for which he can be charged?
Impeachment is a legal process and charges must be written in meaningful and non-vague language. Moreover, every legitimately elected Congressman and Congresswoman took a vote on every one of these programs. I'm sorry but impeachment is not appropriate. If people are so sure President Obama must go, they're going to have to wait for the 2012 "accountability moment."
Legitimately elected officials who follow the Constitutional processes are beholden to elections and no more.
