Wilder Publications has put a warning on our Founding Documents such as the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and the Federalist Papers.

VERY FEW have even read all these documents to know what's in them.
I'm not afraid of "children" reading the documents. I'd be impressed and greatly pleased with their interest.
I'm more fearful of what will be "discussed" with these "children" by unknowledgeable "parents" who don't care enough to read them for themselves.
As beautiful and enduring as this document is, it is not perfect, hence the 26(?) amendments. At various times it has disenfranchised women, legalized slavery, and attempted to outlaw alcohol (to name just a few anachronistic parts).
Also, being intentionally vague, the precise meaning of much of the language has had to be interpreted by the courts which, relying on legal precedents, codifies a contemporary interpretation.
This flexibility is the Constitution's strength. It can change with the times and therefore endure.
About 40 years ago, Maryland had to write an entirely new Constitution as its 17th century document had proved inadequate. The state legislature was constantly amending it. Our enlightened 18th century framers (US) did a better job.
The "Labels" don't mean anything. They'll be ignored just as parents do with "R" rated movies, "M" rated video games, and cd's with "Explicit Lyrics".
