Iran is sending aid ships to blockaded Gaza, state radio said on Monday -- a move likely to be considered provocative by Israel which accuses Tehran of arming the Palestinian enclave's Islamist rulers, Hamas.
One ship left port on Sunday and another will depart by Friday, loaded with food, construction material and toys, the report said. The boats would be part of international efforts to break Israel's isolation of the Gaza Strip.
"Until the end of the Gaza blockade, Iran will continue to ship aid," said an official at Iran's Society for the Defence of the Palestinian Nation.
While Israel has long suspected Iran, which rejects the Jewish state's right to exist, of supplying weapons to Hamas, Tehran says it only provides moral support to the group.

Israel--- warn them, board and search them, any resistance?? Blow them out of the water...that's my opinion...I could be wrong
10:26 you are not wrong. In the vernacular of the street, "Israel don't play". That's one nation you dont want to mess with.
Sink it right off the bat !
Hamas is the duly elected gov't. President Abbas has unilaterally extended his presidential term, and continues today to proclaim he is their President....a falsehood supported by Obama.
every summer it seems there is always drama in the Gulf over something.
I think it's just another easy byline..
pretty soon there will be some lame scandal in DC that will keep the ink flowing on page two..during the Beach vacation season
Give them ample warning as they are within a few hours of the blockade. If they come within gun range - take them out. Deal with what else comes as it comes. Stop all of this passive aggressive behavior. If they cross the line deal with them directly and harshly - not like these pussy sanctions the worthless UN and Obama keep trying to push off on everyone.
You know what 6:46...you're right. Someone does need to put them in their place and it should have been long ago. If it had been done when they first began acting like idiots they wouldn't be in a position to cause greater problems. A Lt. at the Sheriff's office used to say - "it may not stop them from doing it but it will break them of the friggin' habit."
Only thing is, that we may not be able to preserve peace since it no longer exists.
