INCIDENT: Rape Second Degree
DATE: Early Part of 2008
LOCATION: Broad Street Parsonsburg, MD
NARRATIVE: In the early part of 2008 the then 16 yoa female victim was raped by the suspect in this case. Mosley held the victim against her will even as she told him no and plead with him to let her leave. Mosley detained the victim, removed her as well as his own clothing and then forced her to have intercourse with him. The entire time the victim was attempting to fight off Mosley while begging for him to stop and let her go.
A warrant was obtained for Mosley and he was apprehended in Hernando County Florida yesterday, 4/22. He has since waived extradition and will be transported to Maryland in the near future to stand trail.
