Delaware State Police have identified the body pulled from the water of Port Hahon as Lisa Mumford.
The body was identified through a DNA profile at the University of North Texas.
She was last seen alive on May 10, 2009 at her home. The investigation is still on going. The cause and manner of death are still to be determined due to the decomposition of the body.

What a shame. But at least her family can put her to rest and know what happened to her for closure. I hope they catch the person responsible if they find it was foul play. RIP
